How long does it take to process my order?
Our designs are unique and we make everything on demand, so it takes us a little bit to get the production done. Once the style is agreed upon, you can expect it to take 3-6 days for us to produce your items. We ship our orders on standard shipping, so it takes another 2-5 days for shipping. All in, give yourself 2 weeks to be safe.
Can I create my own design?
Of course! If our cruise group shirt designs aren’t quite what you were looking for, let us know what you are looking for and we’ll work with you to create the design that is perfect for your group.
What if I don’t see something I like?
Every group is different, so if our current shirts don’t capture what you are looking for, let us know and we’ll with you to create a design that is perfect for your group.
Can I ship to multiple locations?
Currently, each order can only ship to one location. So, you can either have one person order place the order and distribute the shirts or have everyone order individually.
Can I split the payment up among my group?
Currently, we can only take one form of payment per order. If you’d like everyone in your group to pay separately, have each person place a separate order.
Can you handle a large group?
Yes, while most of our customers order in quantities of 5-20, we’ve got a lot of experience handling larger orders and can even customize the experience. Let us know if you’ve got a larger group and we can set it up for you.
Do I need to include my group or family name?
No, our cruise group shirts are designed to look great with or without a group or family name. If you don’t want a name included, just keep the name field blank.
